Originated in the hills of Tepusquet Canyon on the Central Coast of California in 2008. We have four hot sauces, three barbecue sauces, two dry rubs and one jelly, produced in our own California state approved manufacturing facility, Smith House Manufacturing.
Originally we used a co-packer in Nevada. Five years ago we decided to manufacture our own handmade specialty food products. We now have our own cannery/co-packing facility, Smith House Manufacturing in Nipomo, California. Our mission is to help small upstart companies get their family favorite recipe on store shelves. Within the cannery/co-packing facility, we have a small retail store where you can purchase all of your favorite Monkey Spit products. We also carry one-of-a-kind hand crafted knives and jewelry, local honey, barbecue tools and accessories.
